A robot in Sweden supposedly mistook a maintenance worker’s head for a rock, tried to pick him up and throw him onto the “defective” pile, seriously injuring him in the process.  As if.  It’s so obvious what’s happening here.  This is exactly what happened in 2001, A Space Oddyssy.
